Bad News

After 3 years - I've just found out from the powers that be - that we won't be able to run the subsidised life drawing sketch club at the housing coop where I live anymore. Not unless we suddenly get a lot more drawers and start making a profit - or even making less of a loss.

In a way - I'm relieved. I'm meant to start interviewing models for my research and I shouldn't be in the position of bieng an empoyer as well. also it'll be great to have my sundays back - and I can alswyas get free life drawing at my old art school.

but it was such a nice sketch club - and a ovely way to meet people I didn't know already - and the people who came were mostly really nice - plus it forced me to practice life drawing EVERY week.

so here goes another samll community space - all in the interests of regulation, accountability and other such bureaucratic garbage
